美國Onicon公司的液體測量F-4600插入式超聲波流量計
ONICON’s F-4600 Inline Flow Meters are designed to accurately measure the flow of water and water glycol solutions in small pipes. Meters are available for ?” – 2?” diameter pipes. The no-moving-parts design operates over a wide flow range with excellent low flow performance.
The low cost design is provided with threaded process connections, a 4-20mA analog output and a scaled dry contact pulse output for totalization.
*Optional integrel LCD display with BACnet MS/TP or MODBUS RTU is available. LCD display can be mounted up to 5 feet away from flow body for visibility.
Typical Applications
The F-4600 inline flow meter is ideal for chilled water, hot water, domestic water, condenser water, steam condensate and boiler feed water.
Reliable No-Moving-Parts Design
The F-4600 incorporates a pair of wetted ultrasonic transducers that face each other directly in the flow tube. This configuration maximizes signal strength and long term reliability.
Highly Accurate Over a Wide Flow Range?
The flow tube design and direct beam path configuration is optimized for water and water/glycol solutions. This allows for improved accuracy at low flows.
Easy to Install in Limited Straight Runs?
The F-4600 has an innovative flow tube design that simplifies installation by allowing for limited straight pipe upstream and downstream of the meter in most installations.
Simplified Installation and Commissioning
Each F-4600 is fully configured and programmed before it leaves the factory and is ready for use upon delivery.
